AUSTIN -- Protesters are pushing for criminal court Judge Sharon Keller to resign. They say she prevented the appeal of death row inmate Michael Richard being filed by refusing to keep the court open past 5:00 p.m. to accept a last minute appeal. In this video, people are delivering a judicial complaint signed by 1600 people to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. The sister of Michael Richard, Patricia Miller, is shown speaking to the media urging Keller to resign.
